Ingredients for Gnocchi & Sauce

  • 440 grams washed potatoes (skin on)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • tsp salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 pork and fennel sausages (or any sausage you prefer)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 capsicum 
  • 1 tin crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup stock
  • 1/4 cup parsley 
  • pecorino cheese

Ingredients for Panna Cotta

  • 800ml cream
  • 90 grams sugar
  • 3 gelatin sheets
  • 1 lemon (or orange)
  • 1 vanilla pod
