Ingredients for Chicken Stir Fry

  • 2 Chicken breast, medium dice
  • 1 Tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut/rice bran/canola/sunflour oil
  • 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
  • 1 head Broccoli
  • 1 cup green beans
  • 1 bunch choy sum/bok choy/ asian broc
  • 2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 packets ‘Obento” udon noodles 200gram packs (blue and clear precooked noodles in Asian section of supermarket)

Ingredients for Lemon Tart

To make things easy, you can use a store-bought tart shell, and then you’ll only need to make the lemon curd.

  • Pastry
    • 1.5 cups plain flour
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 4 Tablespoons icing sugar
    • 117 grams cold butter
    • 3 egg yolks
    • vanilla paste
    • ice water
  • Lemon curd mix
    • 3 large lemons
    • 6 eggs
    • 250grams
    • castor sugar
    • 200ml cream
